These Terms of Sales apply to all purchases of premium subscriptions ("Services") offered by Koizeay ("me", "my", or "I") on the JTU.ME website.
2. Product and Pricing
My services include premium profile features and premium short links. Prices are as displayed during the checkout process and include all applicable taxes.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize me to charge the specified amount for your chosen subscription plan (as indicated).
4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
By purchasing a premium subscription, you explicitly request and consent to the immediate start of the service. You acknowledge that as the service (digital content/service) is fully performed immediately upon purchase, you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun.
5. Refunds
Except as required by law or specified in these terms, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from using your premium features, please contact me for assistance.
6. Cancellation and Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage subscription link in your account dashboard, which leads to the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
