Terms of Sales

1. Introduction

These Terms of Sales govern all purchases of paid subscriptions ("Services") offered by Koizeay ("me", "my", or "I") on the JTU.ME website and through the JTU.ME iOS application. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

The Plus subscription can be purchased through two channels, each with its own payment provider:

• On the JTU.ME website, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc.
• Inside the JTU.ME iOS app, the subscription is sold as an Apple in-app purchase and payment is processed by Apple through your Apple Account (App Store).

Where a section below distinguishes between the two, the terms that apply to you depend on the channel you used to subscribe.

2. Services

The available paid subscription is the Plus plan, which unlocks enhanced profile features on JTU.ME (custom profile colors, profile designs, direct redirect, and any other features listed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase). The exact set of included features may evolve over time; any reduction in core features will be communicated in advance.

3. Pricing and Taxes

Website purchases (Stripe): prices are displayed in EUR during the checkout process. If you are purchasing from a country with a different currency, the amount charged may vary slightly depending on your bank's exchange rate. Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.

iOS app purchases (Apple): the price is displayed by Apple in your local currency on the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm, according to the price tier set in App Store Connect. Any applicable taxes are collected by Apple and included in the price shown.

4. Payment

Website purchases: payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By providing your payment information, you authorize me to charge the amount shown at checkout for your chosen subscription plan. Your payment details are never stored on JTU.ME servers.

iOS app purchases: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and is processed by Apple. The transaction is governed by Apple's Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. No payment details are shared with or stored on JTU.ME servers; JTU.ME only receives from Apple a signed confirmation used to activate your Plus subscription.

5. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly) until cancelled. In all cases, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to Plus features until that date, and no partial refund is issued for unused time within a billing period.

Website purchases: you can cancel at any time through the Manage subscription link in your account dashboard, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal.

iOS app purchases: the subscription is managed by Apple. You can turn off automatic renewal or cancel at any time from your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) on your Apple device; to avoid renewal, this must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions purchased through Apple cannot be managed via Stripe.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) when buying a digital service online. The Plus subscription is a digital service that is supplied to you immediately after payment.

Before payment, you are asked to tick a dedicated checkbox (which is not pre-ticked) by which you expressly request the immediate supply of the Plus digital service and expressly acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has begun. In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this prior express consent, together with your acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal, means that no right of withdrawal applies to the Plus subscription once performance of the service has started.

After your purchase, you receive a written confirmation by email recapping the product purchased and this express waiver of the right of withdrawal, as confirmation on a durable medium.

This express-consent checkout process applies to website purchases. For iOS app purchases, the immediate supply of the digital service and any related consumer-law formalities are handled by Apple as part of the App Store purchase flow, in accordance with Apple's terms.

7. Refunds

Website purchases: all purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your Plus features, please contact me as soon as possible and I will work to resolve it. Refunds may be granted at my sole discretion in cases of prolonged service unavailability.

iOS app purchases: refunds are handled exclusively by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies. I cannot issue, approve, or decline a refund for a purchase made through the App Store. To request one, use Apple's process at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple grants a refund, your Plus subscription will be revoked accordingly.

8. Account Responsibility

Your Plus subscription is tied to your JTU.ME account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Sharing access or reselling your subscription is not permitted. I reserve the right to suspend or terminate a subscription without refund in the event of a violation of the Terms of Service.

9. Changes to the Service or Pricing

I reserve the right to modify the Plus plan features or pricing. If pricing increases, I will notify active subscribers at least 30 days in advance via email, and no increase will take effect before the start of your next billing period. For subscriptions purchased through the App Store, price changes are applied and communicated by Apple in accordance with Apple's rules, which may require your consent before the new price takes effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Sales are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising from a purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
